Rosemary A. Odongo
Executive Director – Strategic Leadership and Partnerships
Rosemary is a dedicated development leader providing overall strategic leadership, guiding the organization's vision, growth, and long-term impact. She leads strategic planning, partnerships, and resource mobilization, working closely with community leaders, government institutions, NGOs, and development partners. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and sustainability, positioning Center of Hope as a trusted grassroots organization committed to transforming lives.

Merab Ndinya
Director – Education, Women and Youth Programs
Merab is a committed program practitioner who oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of education, women, and youth programs. She works closely with educators, community facilitators, and local stakeholders to support access to quality education for underprivileged and orphaned children—especially girls—while advancing vocational training and life skills development. Merab is driven by a passion for empowerment and believes that education and skills development are key to breaking cycles of poverty.

Moses Owino Ogutu
Director – Community Outreach & Child Protection
Moses is a seasoned community development practitioner with over 8 years of experience in rural community development, child protection, gender equality and social inclusion. He leads Community Outreach and Child Protection, strengthening community linkages, promoting child rights, and ensuring safeguarding principles are embedded across all programs. Moses has contributed to programs with Ecofinder CBO, Vibrant Village Foundation, and SNV-supported initiatives. He believes that lasting child protection outcomes are achieved through community ownership, inclusive dialogue, and coordinated action.

Gregory Kevin Hammond
Director – Partnerships and Collaborations
Gregory Kevin Hammond serves as the Director of Partnerships and Collaborations at Center of Hope CBO. He brings extensive experience in strategic partnership development, resource mobilization, and stakeholder engagement across community development and humanitarian initiatives. Gregory specializes in building sustainable collaborations with government agencies, NGOs, faith-based institutions, and private sector partners to strengthen program impact. His leadership has been instrumental in expanding the organization's networks and enhancing multi-sectoral coordination in education, youth empowerment, and health initiatives. Gregory is passionate about systems change and believes in leveraging partnerships to amplify community voices and drive long-term social transformation.

Bishop Robert Kosgei
Director – Spiritual Development and Community Outreach
Bishop Robert Kosgei serves as Director of Spiritual Development and Community Outreach at Center of Hope CBO. He provides strategic guidance on moral leadership, ethical governance, and community engagement. With extensive pastoral and community leadership experience, Bishop Kosgei plays a key role in integrating spiritual mentorship, values-based education, and psychosocial support into the organization's programs. He actively engages faith leaders and community structures to address harmful social norms, promote child protection, and strengthen family systems. His leadership fosters integrity, compassion, and accountability within both the organization and the wider community.

Med Cathrine Jane
Director – Resource Mobilization and Young Women Empowerment
Med Cathrine Jane is a dedicated development professional based in Canada, serving as Director of Resource Mobilization and Young Women Empowerment at Center of Hope CBO. She leads efforts to secure sustainable funding, build donor relationships, and develop resource strategies that drive the organization's long-term impact. Cathrine is deeply passionate about young women's empowerment, championing programs that expand opportunities, build confidence, and create pathways for girls and young women to thrive. Her international perspective strengthens the organization's global partnerships and fundraising capacity.

Robert Alindi
Projects Coordinator
Robert Alindi is the Projects Coordinator at Center of Hope CBO, overseeing planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of programs. He has strong experience in community mobilization, youth engagement, and program management, particularly in education, SRMH, and livelihood initiatives. Robert ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. He works closely with community stakeholders, local authorities, and partners to ensure accountability and measurable impact. His results-driven approach strengthens program effectiveness and sustainability.

Kennedy Ochieng Oron
Safeguarding Officer
Kennedy Ochieng Oron serves as the Safeguarding Officer, ensuring the safety, dignity, and protection of children, adolescents, and vulnerable adults engaged in the organization's programs. He leads the development and enforcement of safeguarding policies, conducts risk assessments, and trains staff and volunteers on child protection and prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA). Kennedy works closely with community structures and relevant authorities to respond to safeguarding concerns promptly and ethically. His commitment to a safe and inclusive environment ensures that all beneficiaries are protected and empowered.

Zakayo Chumo
Health Coordinator
Zachary Chumo is the Health Coordinator at Center of Hope CBO, leading initiatives related to Sexual, Reproductive, and Maternal Health (SRMH), adolescent health education, and community health awareness. With a strong background in community health programming, he coordinates health outreaches, youth-friendly service linkages, and peer education initiatives. Zachary collaborates with local health facilities and county health departments to strengthen access to essential services. He is passionate about empowering adolescents and young women with accurate health information and promoting preventive healthcare practices within the community.

Ivy Tracy
Gender and Social Inclusion Officer
Ivy Stacy serves as the Gender and Social Inclusion Officer at Center of Hope CBO. She leads efforts to mainstream gender equality, youth inclusion, and protection principles across all programs. Ivy designs and implements strategies that address harmful gender norms, promote girls' education, and strengthen women's economic empowerment. She facilitates community dialogues, supports survivor-centered approaches, and ensures programs are responsive to the needs of marginalized groups. Her work strengthens inclusive participation, social accountability, and equitable access to opportunities within the community.
